Cloud Channel Services is Google's channel-ecosystem API for certified Cloud Partners (resellers). The scenario it addresses: an IT services company simultaneously managing Google Workspace and GCP for 100 SMB clients — traditional approach is 100 clients, 100 separate accounts, 100 manual operations. With Channel Services API, manage everything in your own ops platform: onboard new customers, bulk-adjust Workspace license counts, view per-customer spending, run end-of-month settlements.
