Use this page if you want to request deletion of your NutriScan account and associated account-level data. For a broader access, correction, deletion, or privacy-rights workflow, use the privacy requests page.
Send your request from the same email address used for your NutriScan account whenever possible.
Use a clear subject line such as "Delete NutriScan account".
If you use Sign in with Apple or another login provider, include any account detail needed to help us identify the correct account safely.
Do not include extra medical detail unless it is necessary to verify or complete the request.

We may ask for reasonable verification before acting on a deletion request so we can confirm the requester controls the relevant account.
Account profile information linked to your NutriScan account
Saved scan history and account-level product-analysis results tied to that account
Associated account access needed to sign in to the deleted profile
Some backup copies, security logs, and incident records may remain for a limited additional period when reasonably required for fraud prevention, recovery, legal compliance, or security investigation.
If applicable law requires a narrower or faster deletion timeline, that law controls to the extent it applies.
