Include the product name and barcode if it is visible.
Attach a clear photo of the ingredient list or nutrition label for product-specific issues.
Use the same account email shown in the app so follow-up can be authenticated safely.
If the issue is about a subscription or billing event, include the subscription type and when the renewal or trial started.
